My Psychologist provides an individualised, professional and boutique service to support our clients attain the wellbeing and psychological health that they seek in their lives.
My Psychologist currently consults by appointment Monday through to Friday in rooms located at 67 Payneham Road, College Park SA.
My Psychologist’s principal psychologist is Frances Koulos.

Frances’ pronouns are she/her/hers. She is a psychologist who has studied law and education. She loves to study so much that she is currently studying physiotherapy. Frances is a parent of a human child and fur children. She loves to move her body (fan of @carolinegirvan and @kic.app), fuel her body (including coffee and cake), read (not just text books but crime novels too), watch Netflix (who does not like to binge a series with snacks?), watch movies in real cinemas (with reclining seats please) and find joy in life (sleep ins, candles and nice friends). Social media is not her strength but she loves Instagram. Web page design is not a strength either so apologies in advance.
She has previously worked for the South Australian Government as a psychologist in the Education Department.
Frances prides herself on her professionalism, excellent communication skills, respect for self and others, passion for her work and pursuit of excellence in the field of psychology. She also has a sense of humour, is down to earth and kind.
She enjoys working collaboratively with other medical and allied health practitioners and other professionals to achieve the best outcome for her clients.
She can also provide consultations in Greek and has experience working with interpreters for clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
She values health and well-being and has completed her Covid-19 vaccinations and has annual flu vaccinations.
